About Jay
Meet the founder
Starting off as a misguided teenager. I found weight training at the ripe age of 16. Not only did this give me a great outlet for an excessive amount of energy but I quickly found out I have a great understanding of anatomy and mechanics. It didn't take long before I wanted to become qualified. Starting my career in a health club in Piccadilly, I started my career alongside some of the most fantastic coaches London had to offer.
Front functional neurologist to world-classed gymnast, the bar was set incredibly high. Not only did my health and fitness world grow beyond just weight training I quickly found out everyone has a personal and unique view on what fitness means to them. Before I knew it, I was qualified, living the dream. Working one on one with people helping them towards their health and fitness goals. I found myself shadowing some incredible coaches and therapists from strength and conditioning to osteopathy and everything in the middle.
Now, This is when things became interesting, every single person I worked with brought a very unique situation to the table. I very quickly figured out that there was no one size fits all. Health, fitness and overall progressive mindsets will always have a special place on my life. Watching people succeed, progress and move forward onto bigger and better things always provide me with a overwhelming sensation of joy and pride.
